PLEASE TAKE NOTICE THAT on May 9, 2011, the above-captioned debtor (“Twin City”) sold substantially all of its assets to Trinity Hospital Twin City (“Trinity”). In connection with the sale, Trinity agreed to take possession of, and maintain, patient medical record (the “Records”) maintained by Twin City before the sale. The Records are now in the possession of, and being maintained by, Trinity.
