PLEASE TAKE NOTICE THAT on May 9, 2011, the above-captioned debtor (“Twin City”) sold substantially all of its assets to Trinity Hospital Twin City (“Trinity”). In connection with the sale, Trinity agreed to take possession of, and maintain, patient medical record (the “Records”) maintained by Twin City before the sale. The Records are now in the possession of, and being maintained by, Trinity. PLEASE TAKE FURTHER NOTICE THAT on May 23, 2011, the Debtor filed a Motion to Convert Case to Chapter 7 (the “Motion to Convert”). Upon entry of an order upon the Motion to Convert, a chapter 7 trustee shall be appointed and, thereafter, subject to the timing of the 341 Meeting of Creditors, a bar date shall be established with respect to claims held by creditors against Twin City.
